The University of Southern Maine is seeking applicants for Mail Services Supervisor within our Facilities Management team. Directly supervising a small team and overseeing all things related to mail services, this position is primarily assigned to our Gorham Campus with oversight on our Portland campus as well. This role is responsible for the day-to-day operation of our Gorham Mail Room as well as services on both our Gorham and Portland campuses.
This is a full-time regular position that is core to USM’s ability to deliver an exceptional and affordable educational experience to students in Maine and across the country; AND an opportunity for you to advance your education with our tuition waiver program!
The primary work schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. with some nights and weekends as necessary.
