This internship program will begin Monday June 3rd and will end Friday, August 9th. The pay is $16-$17 an hour and the position is expected to be full-time over those 10 weeks. This will be a hybrid internship with mandatory in person sessions that are part of the program once a week.
About Emerging Professionals Summer Internship Program (EPSIP) at UMass Chan Medical School
The Emerging Professionals Summer Internship Program (EPSIP) is a paid internship experience for talented college students. Individuals historically underrepresented in STEM, health science and medicine are strongly encouraged to apply. Responsibilities
During the internship we will work together to expand the collaboration effort and tools available to everyone at UMass Chan Medical School. The intern will work with Cloud & Modern Workplace Engineering, an innovative technology team and the Microsoft Collaboration Tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Flow and Forms).
Together we will apply best practices in developing plans for providing Microsoft Collaboration tools to the community.
• Learn and expand knowledge of the Microsoft Collaboration tools.• Provide guidance for use, develop operational readiness, develop rollout campaigns.• Assist in operationalizing the administrative and support model.• Assist in developing end user adoption campaign.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Must be a college student currently enrolled in a 2 or 4 year program or recent college graduate within 2 years.
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Background in Information Technology, Business, or another related field
Salary : $16 - $17
