Schedule and balance of work sites are flexible, with on-site, remote and hybrid options and the ability to collaboratively set scheduled hours with the Senior Project Manager. Some time on-site and with vendors is required.

Responsibilities*
Reports to: Senior Project Manager, Strategic Marketing & Communications
In this position, you will be part of the Marketing and Communications team in the Office of University Development (OUD). Under the direction of a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day project management and execution of multiple projects that achieve fundraising goals for the university and its units. You will be a producer for direct mail, publications, videos, e-mails, advertising, specialized event materials, and other marketing collateral that attains, retains, and stewards a wide variety of donors and constituents. Responsibilities include Project Management (60%), Development of Partner Team Management Processes (30%), and Resource Planning and Production Management (10%). Required Qualifications*
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience
- 3 years of experience in project management
- 1 years of experience in selecting and managing vendors
- 1 years of experience working on web, print, and/or digital projects
- Experience in marketing and communications
- Experience with Google (Docs, Sheets, Mail, Calendar), Microsoft Office (Docs, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience using CRM database systems, project management software such as Teamwork, Jira, or other market research software
- Commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace
