- Bachelor’s degree and 8 years' related experience or a Master’s degree with a minimum of 6 years' related experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Terminal or professional degree
- Experience with strategic planning and knowledge of strategic management concepts, business practices, and principles, as well as change management
JOB DUTIES:
- Overseeing and facilitating projects, initiatives and directives assigned by the President to senior leaders, ensuring alignment with presidential priorities, open communication and timely completion
- Directly supporting the President, including drafting briefing memos, charge letters, and policy documents, attending meetings with the President, and arranging events to further the President’s agenda and strategic priorities
- Functioning as a liaison with senior leaders and key partners regarding presidential projects, initiatives and directives
- Assisting with the development of an annual presidential work plan, working with senior leaders to ensure that presidential directives are effectively communicated, integrated, executed and measured
- Consulting with administrative and collegiate staff, governance bodies, and other offices and individuals on complex policy issues and initiatives
- Serving as a member of University standing and ad hoc work groups and committees
- Working with internal and external constituencies on behalf of the President
- Managing special projects and other duties as assigned
