Summary Of Position
Under the supervision of the Housing Administrative Coordinator (UB0157), this position provides administrative support to all members of the Housing Leadership Team. The department is responsible for housing facilities, housekeeping, assignments, networked operations, and apartment living needs. This position provides customer service, creates and maintains records, orders and organizes departmental supplies. The position is also responsible for departmental events and promoting/representing Housing at key events on campus.

Other minimum qualifications
- 3-5 years of office experience or three years of specialized training or higher education or any combination of experience and higher education equaling five years.
- Strong computer skills and strong verbal and written communications skills are required.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective, positive working relationships with staff, students, and community members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of office procedures and electronic equipment as required by the department.
