Summary of Position

The Career Services Outreach Coordinator plays a vital role in the delivery of the highest level of services to students at UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law. In collaboration with the Assistant Dean, The Outreach Coordinator serves as liaison between the Career Services Office and other stakeholders, both within and outside the law school and university. The Coordinator will be the primary contact for employer recruiting departments and play a key role in developing and executing communication strategy to students and alumni. In addition, as the manager of our Career Services Management database, the Coordinator will lead the collection, management, and utilization of data from both students and employers.

Other minimum qualifications

Must be able to use independent judgement and discretion to lead outreach efforts. Requires Associates Degree in a related field and 3 years of experience with program coordination or high school diploma and 5 years of experience. Strong organizational and communication skills; facility with databases required. Requires excellent multitasking skills and ability to quickly learn new systems and software tools. Requires superior interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate professionally with students, employers, faculty, and professional staff.

Additional Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience preferred

Experience with CRM or Career Management databases is ideal.

Experience in career services and/or marketing as well as strong PowerPoint/Excel skills preferred.
