General Description / Primary Purpose
The Manager, Contract Administration primarily facilitates the review and negotiation of university contracts through evaluation of institutional risks in accordance with State of Florida law, as well as Board of Governors & University policies.

Job Function
Facilitate review and negotiation of university contracts through evaluation of institutional risks in accordance with Florida law, as well as Board of Governors & University policies. Additionally, should include collaborative review with other campus stakeholders. Review contracts and related documents for compliance with state and federal law and University requirements.

Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining new business processes; identify issues related to compliance and provide solutions to the same.

Required Qualifications
This position requires either (a) Master’s degree from an acceptable accredited institution in a directly related area of specialization and one year of experience directly related to the job functions; (b) Bachelor’s degree from an acceptable accredited institution in a directly related area of specialization and three years of experience directly related to the job functions; or (c ) 7 years of direct experience.
