Position Overview
This position will report and work closely with the Budget & Operations Director to ensure the integrity of the data reports.
Minimum Qualifications
1-3 years of relevant experience with Power BI data visualization skills.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI data visualization.
- Strong attention to detail and an ability to multi-task, respond well to pressure and deadlines, and work well individually and in a collaborative environment.
- Time Management; meets deadlines set by the supervisor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequently changing priorities.
- Critical Thinking; using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, attention to detail, a positive professional attitude, and the ability to work in a team environment.

Job Duties:
- Collecting and calculating Dining Services sales and expense data from appropriate sources.
- Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, ensuring reports are accurate and meet the user's needs.
- Preparing daily sales reports.
- Recommends appropriate actions to resolve reporting problems.
- Other duties as assigned.
Work Schedule:
M-F, up to 20 hours per week (Hours of operations Monday-Friday; 8:00AM-5:00PM)
