Position Overview

This position will report and work closely with the Budget & Operations Director to ensure the integrity of the data reports.

Minimum Qualifications

1-3 years of relevant experience with Power BI data visualization skills.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI data visualization.
• Strong attention to detail and an ability to multi-task, respond well to pressure and deadlines, and work well individually and in a collaborative environment.
• Time Management; meets deadlines set by the supervisor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequently changing priorities.
• Critical Thinking; using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, attention to detail, a positive professional attitude, and the ability to work in a team environment.
• Has the ability to plan, organize and effectively manage multiple assignments.
• Communicates effectively, appropriately, and accurately in writing and verbally.

Job Duties:

• Collecting and calculating Dining Services sales and expense data from appropriate sources.
• Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, ensuring reports are accurate and meet the user's needs.
• Preparing daily sales reports.
• Recommends appropriate actions to resolve reporting problems.
• Other duties as assigned.

Work Schedule:

M-F, up to 20 hours per week (Hours of operations Monday-Friday; 8:00AM-5:00PM)
