| Position Overview | The Director, Advancement Data Services and Reporting plays a leadership role on the Institutional Advancement team to implement strategic data governance/database structure collaborating with IT Data Analytics & Governance team. And also implement business processes, data health, data segmentation, data reporting and analysis, and serving as an expert on data analytics and data reporting for Advancement Data Services. |

Generates ad-hoc and standard analytical, statistical, and financial reports using various platforms within RENXT to accurately, clearly, and effectively present data. Assists in the development and implementation of Institutional Advancement database standards, policies, and procedures, and maintains detailed documentation of internal business processes and workflows related to the database and other support applications. |

| o | Serves as Advancement database expert, ensures accurate and consistent information management, and assists in training users on the functionality, standards, and proper use of database(s). Assists in the preparation of internal and external benchmarking surveys, and financial management, and summary reports. |

| o | Maintains the structure of the Advancement database, including attributes, business rules, code tables, and other related functions, and ensures successful and seamless integration, communication, and feeds between database and other support applications (such as UNT EIS system, UNT Dataware house platform) with support from IT Data Analytics Team. |

| o | Conducts routine and scheduled Advancement database integrity checks and maintenance, and coordinates system upgrades, as released, with appropriate internal and external resources. |
