The Systems Specialist will have the opportunity to administer and improve Jaggaer and Concur, two top tier systems widely used in Higher Ed. There will also be many opportunities to create and develop analytic reports and tools to support data driven decision making across campus.

Some of that job description stuff we have to include:

• Responsible for day to day administration and operational tasks in buyND(Jaggaer) and travelND(Concur). This includes system support, upgrade maintenance and testing, troubleshooting, process improvements, documentation and training.
• Support Strategic Sourcing Methodology through spend analysis, market analysis, price/cost analysis, catalog management, and KPI reporting.
• Create ad-hoc reports and analytical tools to support campus constituents.
• Develop and coordinate various communications to support procurement systems and related processes.

This position offers up to 2 days a week remote post training period

Minimum Qualifications:

• Analytical work experience.
• Experience in coordinating multiple projects
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications: Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Knowledge of database technologies, such as Oracle, SQL, and Access
• Excellent writing, speaking, analytical, and planning skills.
• Familiarity with web related software, statistics, e-procurement, market analysis, project management and enterprise resource planning(ERP) software.
• Ability to quickly learn, utilize and support new software applications regularly.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Jaggaer or Concur
• Experience with e-procurement
• Bachelors degree and/or 5 years work experience preferred.
