Data entry specialist

The University of Pikeville (UPIKE) is actively seeking a part-time, temporary, data entry specialist for the Office of Advancement and Alumni Relations with a work schedule not to exceed 30 hours and / or four days per week.

This is a temporary summer position for a current UPIKE student.

Responsibilities :

• Enter data from paper records and sources into data management software and systems.
• Maintain data integrity by accurately updating donor records in data management software using established procedures.
• Provide high-quality administrative and logistical support for the Office of Advancement & Alumni Relations.

Qualifications :

• Current UPIKE student in good academic standing
• Excellent typing and computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to remain focused
• Good organizational abilities
• Familiarity with basic office software like Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive data
• Problem-solving skills to resolve data discrepancies
