- Greet incoming students, faculty, and visitors at the front desk
- Answer phones
- Direct and answer student questions
- Provide general office support
- Assist staff in completion of projects
- Computer research as requested
- Maintain confidentiality
- Handle walk in students as well as student advising appointments
- Assist in calendar scheduling
- Filing, scanning, and/or organization of paperwork
Average Number of Hours per Week: 15 - 20 hours per week
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Flexible based on student availability
Minimum Qualifications:
Applicant must have a current Federal Work Study (FWS) award for the current academic year in order to apply for this position. Applicants are asked to demonstrate proof of their FWS award by saving their “Award Overview” screen from OASIS as a print screen and then pasting it into a Word document and upload it as part of any additional required application materials. If other documents (in addition to your FWS award) are required as part of your application, you must upload ALL documents as one document.

Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft Office proficient, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Administrative writing skills, and internet research experience.
