Jr. Faculty/Academic Fellow
The University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville is accepting applications for a one-year faculty position that will serve alongside existing faculty in the Department of Family Medicine in a development program for teaching, administration, and scholarly activity in the academic setting.
Duties
This position will supervise residents in the ambulatory and hospital settings. This position will also participate in research projects, direct patient care, supervision of residents in ambulatory and hospital settings, and prepares/presents lectures for didactics. Additionally, this position will participate in the Faculty Development Program through the Graduate School of Medicine and attend CME events as part of their fellowship.
Qualifications
- Graduation in good standing from an accredited Family Medicine Program.
- Tennessee License
- Board-certified in Family Medicine
