Position Description

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (Biomedical Sciences, Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field)
- 1 year of prior experience working in a research laboratory setting, preferably in biomedical science research.
- Expertise in working with vertebrate animal models for human health.
- Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and documentation using appropriate software and tools.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge and adherence to laboratory safety, ethical research conduct, scientific integrity and procedures.
- Ability to communicate effectively, including active listening skills plus the ability to work with a diverse group of faculty, staff, administrators and other stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize and manage a high volume of complex projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.
- Ability to be detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem solving skills.
- Ability to follow complex protocols and SOPs accurately.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service with a commitment to exceptional quality.

- Master’s Degree (Biomedical Sciences, Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field)
- Familiarity with a wide range of laboratory in vitro, in vivo, and ex vivo techniques and equipment commonly used in biomedical research.
