Job Summary:
The Client Services Analyst is responsible for the performance of PC systems, equipment maintenance, review of application software and general support for users of PCs.
Major Responsibilities / Duties / Critical Tasks:
Responsible for the performance of PC systems, equipment maintenance, review of application software and general support for users of PCs.
Install, maintain, enhance and support of the software and hardware for associated PCs.
Diagnose and recommend solutions for PC problems.
Assist with the relocation of PC computers and associated peripheral equipment.
Assist with the installation, maintenance, enhancement and support of local area networks.
Maintain accurate listing of all PCs and peripherals.
Respond to assigned work orders for PC and peripheral support.
Provide specialized support of mobile devices.
Assist with IT purchase requisitions as needed.
Perform user account management duties for the network, Outlook, and other systems as required.
Accompanying Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:
Mobile Device Management experience preferred.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and related products (SMS, Active Directory, MS Windows and Server updates computer room operations, and diagnosing and repairing PC failures.)
Qualifications
Required Education / Experience:
High School Diploma is required.
Associate's Degree is preferred.
Two (2) years' experience with Apple devices covering iOS, iPadOS, macOS, MDM
Two (2) years' experience with computer related equipment, including PC and software technical support, Microsoft Office and related products, SMS, Active Directory, MS Windows and Server updates computer-room operations, and diagnosing and repairing PC failures.
