Team members should help foster psychological safety where team members feel able to share ideas and concerns, encourage discussion and engagement. Dr. Selkie is a pediatrician and Adolescent Medicine specialist, and team members have backgrounds in social work, educational psychology, and public health. This position will involve direct contact with adolescents and their parents as well as office-based work.
