Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Director of Recruitment and Training, the Recruitment and Training Specialist will source, identify and qualify candidates for headquarters positions at URC and support URC's training function.
Working with the Director of Recruitment, the successful candidate will partner with URC hiring managers to source, recruit and hire international development professionals experienced in working on USAID and other donor funded health related projects and will support the development and delivery of internal URC training programs
