*HYBRID POSITION* ( 2 Days Remote / 3 Days Onsite )
Position Summary: This role focuses heavily on implementing and supporting the Master Control quality electronic batch record program; reviews, develops and documents batch records as well as other company processes in a highly organized manner.

· Develops, reviews and modifies Quality documentation as it pertains to the MMPR (Master Manufacturing Production Record).
· Collaborates with R&D and other departments in using a template to develop and revise Batch Records and other related documentation.
· Creates the Bill of Materials (BOMs) and enters this documentation into the ERP system.
· Creates part numbers and items in the ERP system.
· Prioritizes document approvals to support production needs.
· Organizes materials and completes documentation according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style and terminology.
· Manages Master Control implementation to include Document Module Integration.
· Provides on-going support in Master Control training and awareness programs.
· Performs other related duties as assigned.
Education / Experience / Skills:
· Bachelor’s Degree required.
· At least two years of experience with electronic batch records, required.
At least two years of equivalent experience utilizing Technical Writing skills, preferred.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, along with the ability to manage multiple projects at one time in an efficient and timely manner.
Bilingual (English and Spanish), preferred.
Language Ability: Read, analyze and interpret business, professional, technical or governmental documents. Write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, customers and the public.
Mathematical Ability: Add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Compute rate, ratio and percent, and draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability: Define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Computer Skills: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, email and ERP Systems.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
