Option 1 : Free base plate for the first year. After that, $2,200 / year

2 DOT Inspections on us each year
No maximum age on trucks, but must pass internal shop DOT inspection
$4,500-$6,000 gross, depending on driver's home time location, flexibility, and dedication to make money
Bi-lingual dispatch (Russian, Spanish, English, Lituanian)
Hiring from everywhere except CA
Goals of weekly revenue will ALWAYS be set between Owner Operator and Division Leader
