We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resource Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes, ensuring compliance with company policies, regulations, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
· Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and candidate evaluation.
· Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
· Administer employee benefit programs and handle employee inquiries regarding benefits and policies.
· Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
· Develop and conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
· Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
· Oversee performance management systems and conduct regular performance reviews.
· Analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
· Collaborate with management to develop workforce planning strategies.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
· Proven experience (5 years) as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role within the construction or telecom industry.
· In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
· Bi-lingual Spanish/English
· Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
· Efficiency in ADP software
