Position Summary:
Perform a variety of clerical/data entry duties and assist with various tasks including assistance with electronic equipment. Ensure adherence to Hospitals and departmental policies and procedures. No patient care assignment.
Detailed responsibilities:
- DATA ENTRY - Enter progress reports in Cerner, verify data and ensure accuracy making any needed corrections
- DATA ENTRY - Enter treatment plans in Cerner, verify data and ensure accuracy making any needed corrections
- DATA ENTRY - Enter data for patient intakes, verify data and ensure accuracy making any needed corrections
- DATA ENTRY - Enter data for patient reassessments, verify data and ensure accuracy making any needed corrections
- DATA ENTRY - Enter data for discharge summaries, verify data and ensure accuracy making any needed corrections
