Job Overview:
Unpeel is seeking a talented and motivated Marketing and Office Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in directing the marketing efforts of our new functional medicine, weight loss, and medical aesthetics practice. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about marketing and eager to contribute to the growth and success of a new business. You will also assist with administrative and managerial tasks as a part of your role.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies
- Collaborate to create engaging content for various marketing channels
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Manage social media platforms and create compelling content to bring new patients in the door
- Copywriting for marketing materials, including website content, blog posts, advertisements, and articles
- Create and update office paperwork, schedule patients, return emails
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns
- Support the planning and execution of events, pop-ups, trade shows, and other promotional activities
- Assist with print advertising initiatives, including designing and placing ads
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing
- Updating website on Wordpress
- Filming, editing, and posting videos for educational course content
Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or similar
- Experience with marketing automation/CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)
- Strong copywriting skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of social media marketing strategies and platforms
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and SEO best practices
- Understanding of advertising sales principles
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze data
- Experience with print advertising design and placement
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels (e.g., email, social media, display)
- Familiarity with performance marketing metrics (e.g., CTR, conversion rate)
- Familiarity with content generation using ChatGPT or similar AI/LLM.
- Experience with WordPress CMS
- Strong interpersonal skills
Your time will be split between marketing functions and administrative functions. All marketing and website-related work will be compensated at $50/hr. Administrative work will be compensated at $25/hr. There is lots of opportunity for growth in this role!
