We're in search of a UX Designer Lead based in the USA to spearhead a project on an international scale. As the Lead UX Designer, you'll oversee the design of digital products and services, collaborating with a team of strategists and developers to redefine our interaction with technology through innovative mobile and web experiences.

Responsibilities:
- Apply design thinking, user research, and business strategy to identify and address unmet needs and opportunities, translating them into strategic visions.
- Lead the design process for digital products, exploring new interfaces, building effective design systems, and leveraging best practices to elegantly solve complex challenges. You'll collaborate closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams to achieve end goals, fostering strong client relationships through your design expertise.
Requirements:
- Proficient in written and verbal English.
- 4 to 10 years of relevant industry experience, including at least two years in a lead designer role.
- Portfolio demonstrating excellence in designing and launching successful websites and digital products, deep understanding of user research strategies, strong problem-solving skills, expertise in user experience and interaction design, and effective collaboration with clients and internal teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Interaction Design, Art Direction, or related field.
- Willingness to travel up to 30%.
- Mastery of design applications such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, prototyping applications like Invision, Principle, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
