About the Department

The Technology and Operations function is comprised of five teams of specialists with distinct capabilities : business partnership, technology, operations, risk governance and planning support and services.

We work closely together to harness the power of technology to support our physical and digital banking services and operations.

This includes developing, centralising and standardising technology systems as well as banking operations in Singapore and overseas branches.

Job Responsibilities

• Act as PM / TDM
• To do project management for IT parts, including but not limited to manage timeline, scope, cost, progress tracking, stakeholder (including vendor), agreement finalization, post implementation support, project document completeness, management progress update and reporting
• Coordinate and communicate with respective teams Internal (Country & Group) & external in every stage of project lifecycle in order to meet project deliverables
• Support project approval and ensure all the process run as per current local governance
• Responsible on Project Document Deliverables to meet the mandatory requirement of project lifecycle
• To support SIT, UAT and Project Implementation process
• To facilitate project working team discussion and project steering discussion
• To escalate issues if any
• To coordinate the team in preparing necessary document in order to notify or seeking approval from the regulator
• Manage portfolio / Inventory / activities under Domain ADD3

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proven experience as Project Manager and IT Technical Delivery in banking / financial industries application implementation for at least 8 - 10 years
• Strong project management, presentation, analytical and problem solving skills
• Fluent in both written and verbal English
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office
• Able to work under minimum supervision and able to work with team
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively
