We are looking for a motivated City Fundraising Manager to join UP Fundraising and oversee all aspects of our fundraising campaigns across Vancouver, BC.
The successful candidate will drive the success and growth for all programs within the city; including our current partnerships for both mall and street campaigns. Using experienced skills and passion to acquire quality monthly donors on behalf of Canada’s top charities, the ideal candidate will lead from the front while motivating the team to achieve success.

Who we are looking for:
- Minimum 1-2 years of Fundraising Management experience
- Personal face to face fundraising experience - Street, Malls and/or Door to door
- Ability to engage and motivate others
- A true passion for leading people
- Someone who can identify and develop skills in others
- Ability to communicate and work well with individuals on all levels of our organization
- Someone who loves a new challenge while thriving in a fast paced environment
- Ability to achieve and the drive to exceed targets
- Someone who wants to advance in their fundraising career
