Leads projects to improve quality of care, patient safety, and achievement of regulatory readiness.

Reports to: Manager

Essential Functions

Maintains regulatory, accreditation and certification requirements and processes. Drag Edit Delete Conducts performance and process improvement activities through consultation, development of performance measures, education, chart reviews, root cause analysis, data collection and analysis to achieve safety and quality goals Drag Edit Delete Analyzes data. Drag Edit Delete Develops presentations and facilitates meetings.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Education

Associate’s degree

Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)

Certifications

Basic Life Support health Care Provider (BLS-HCP)

Licenses

Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) (Preferred)
