What You’ll Do:
- Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Work with clients and vendors to gather, document, and analyze business requirements to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Optimize Business Processes: Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
- Lead Projects: Oversee the business analysis portion of projects, ensuring deliverables meet client needs and are aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with Teams: Serve as a key liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and smooth project execution.
- Create Documentation and Reports: Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports, and presentations that guide business decision-making.
What You Need:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or project management, with a focus on process improvement and stakeholder engagement.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze business processes and recommend practical solutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading projects and working cross-functionally to achieve business objectives.
