We are seeking an outgoing and motivated individual for our Scheduler position! As a Scheduler, you will be responsible for creating and booking custom itineraries for corporate and leisure clients in destinations all around the world! This position is great for anyone who is passionate about tourism and enjoys helping others with planning. We encourage you to apply if you are detail-oriented and work well under minimal supervision. We prepare all of our trainees for their new role by ensuring their successful completion of our training program.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Research, create, and execute exceptional itineraries for clients based on individual preferences
- Complete ongoing training to earn and maintain certificate
- Attend webinars with suppliers to become more familiar with specific brands and destinations
- Work within client’s budget
- Create promotional materials to distribute digitally
- Monitor international and domestic regulations
- Make reservations (airline, car rental, hotel accommodations, cruise, ticket/event sales, etc.)
- Effectively communicate with clients pre-departure and upon return
- Handle issues that may arise during the trip
- Work authorization for US, Mexico or Australia

Salary : $38,500 - $43,250
