Job Summary: Analyze business needs and processes, scope data requests, synthesize insights and recommend solutions to key business partners. Test and implement new processes to enhance operational efficiency. Champion change management for new software rollouts. Train employees on new processes and systems and guide departments through improvement mindset. Partner with management and global teams on process improvement policies and infrastructure.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

PLANNING

  • Analyze the performance of various procedures of NAM departments, read data and quality reports, understand relationships between departments and different software and determine how to make production more efficient.
  • Identify and discern all potential software and systems available to NAM.
  • Recommend improvements based on business expertise.
  • Evaluate the risks and opportunities for providing alternative ideas and corrective action planning.
  • Partner with business excellence peers and global project teams to determine stakeholders, testers and change management plan for new software rollouts.
  • Responsible for building collaborative relationships with internal and external customers.

EXECUTING

  • Partner with departments, both internal and cross-functional, to build, test and implement processes for improved operational efficiency.
  • Create and optimize metrics and/or data reports around new processes to provide oversight and ensure intended outcome.
  • Champion testing of new software to ensure optimal efficiency and update stakeholders.
  • Train departments on new processes, software and process improvement techniques for continuous use and improvement.
  • Advise departments in process maintenance for adjustments or enhancements and guide team members through continuous improvement mindset.
  • Partner with management to develop process improvement policies and infrastructure.
  • Master Data Management in current CRM tools

  • Complete any other tasks as assigned by management.


Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, MIS or a related field.
  • Six Sigma training preferred and/or enrolled.
  • Salesforce Implementation experience is a MUST.
  • 2-5 years of project management or process improvement experience required.
  • 2-5 years of data analysis experience required.
  • Excellent experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Demonstrated written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to identify and implement solutions required.
  • Ability to effectively partner with peers, internal customers, and management and build cross-functional relationships in an ever-changing environment.
