Social Media Content Coordinator

Job Summary:

Ffortify is seeking a creative and driven Social Media Content Coordinator to use their social media experience to create engaging content for our clients. In this role they will need to be self-driven with a growth mindset. They will work in-office 3 days a week and 2 from home. 

Required Skills

• Corporate or Influencer social media experience (at least 1 year)
• Self-starter, organized, with a growth mindset
• Up-to-date with social media video trends, an eye for creative designs, and basic understanding of video editing
• High School Diploma

Job Tasks

• Manages 3-4 clients and meets with them weekly
• Utilizes SM experience to ideate, create, and manage content for each client
• Quality checks all content before it is posted
• Creates content calendars for each client
• Works with Social Media Specialists on the posting schedule
• Tracks and analyzes data to make recommendations and improve content performance
• Travels with the team to client locations for shoots 
• Direct client video shoots and works closely with the client to ensure they are providing the best content and delivery fit for social media
• Curates footage from shoots to create social media-optimized content
• Create content strategies, content calendars, research trending topics, write content for clients 
• Work closely with members of the team including, coordinators, editors, and managers.
• Requires careful attention to detail.
• Provides attentive communication with everyone on the team. 

Job Description

• Post across social networks and grow accounts for a given influencer
• Stay on top of and explore current social media trends
• Delve into keyword research for many aspects of posting including headers, descriptions, and influencer prompts
