The Position
The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for owning the company's SalesForce platform from a technical administration standpoint. This permanent Salesforce Administrator position provides an opportunity to join the Information Technology Team at a growing software and services provider. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and customizing Salesforce and related cloud applications to meet the goals of the company.
What you get to do:
As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be supporting the Sales Operations team, supervising key data maintenance and business processes within Salesforce. This person will report to the IT Director and will be the technical expert that leads systems improvements, upgrades and changes. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a technical team but also be able to collaborate with other teams to support data integrations between Salesforce and other business systems. This person will also assist with administration of the systems that interface with Salesforce, including Ironclad Contracts, Pardot and Tableau.
What you bring to Uplight:
- Strong business analysis, user interface design, and technical skills
- Experience communicating with users, vendors and application development teams to build project plans and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment
- Able to build dashboards, reports, workflow rules, custom objects and validation rules in Salesforce
- Passion for data management, data quality and experience with meta data analysis tools like Elements.Cloud
- Self-sufficient. As the technical lead for Salesforce and related systems in the company, must be able to work independently and actively work with the Salesforce online community to research and resolve issues
- Overall responsibility for functional and cross-functional workflows and business rules
- Experience with MuleSoft or Celigo is a nice to have
- Salesforce Certification required, at least Associate, preferably Admin
- Play a lead role evaluating new CRM technologies/add-ons for improvements
- Provide expertise to the Sales Operations team, be able execute a technical plan that has been outlined by the functional owners
- 3 years demonstrated experience with SalesForce CRM (SFDC) administration, integration tools, etc.

Salary range: $75,000 to $90,000 USD
In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual base compensation range is listed above. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.
