Position Summary:

The Office Assistant to the Executive Team will provide essential administrative support to our executives, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong sense of professionalism. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, tech-savvy, and capable of handling sensitive information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist the Executive Team with daily administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings and data entry.

· Handle incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail, and respond on behalf of the executives when appropriate.

· Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.

· Coordinate logistics for executive meetings and company events.

· Serve as a liaison between the Executive Team and internal/external sales reps.

· Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the efficiency of the Executive Team.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent;

· 2 years Proven experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office management software.

· Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

· Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

· Prior experience in the fintech or financial services industry is a plus.
