ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - The following statements are intended to describe the general nature of the level of work being performed by an individual assigned to this job. Other duties may be assigned.
- Organize and inspect (Quality Check) incoming autographs from athletes/talent.
- Accurately retrieve autographs and place them within our inventory databases.
- Responsible for organizing physical autographed inventory, hard-signed cards, and labels.
- Assist with the autographed label inventory and cycle counts.
- Responsible for preparing shipments to talent.
- Review approved cards and update the data on the designated spreadsheet.
This position will interact with internal co-workers in our Durham, North Carolina office and in our Carlsbad, California office.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

EDUCATION/YEARS EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in Quality Assurance/Inspection is a plus.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel.
- Team-player understand the corporate environment.
- Ability to perform to expectations and demands in a fast-paced work environment.
- Basic data entry abilities.
- Knowledge of hockey players.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, remain objective, and demonstrate integrity in all work-related matters
- Consistently employ effective time-management skills, and work any additional hours required.
