The UPS Store is an independently owned and operated franchise.
UPS Store Manager is responsible for delivering world-class customer service to our customer base. Should be expert with packing and shipping to all domestic and international destinations using primarily UPS carrier. Should able to manage production printing/graphic design and also manage other equipment including fax, binding, laminating and other finishing machines. Should be expert in recommending, advising customers with best service options, and products.
The ideal candidate must be a team player, good listener, self-starter, leader, with experience in retail management. Must have knowledge of the latest MS Office Suite, and excellent computer, internet skills, written and verbal skills. A high school diploma/GED, and physically able to perform this job with professional appearance .
Should be able to work in a flexible schedule including alternate Saturdays.
Responsibilities including but not limited to plan, guide staff members to achieve and exceed store goals by providing excellent customer service options. Should be able to plan, design, and manage print projects using Adobe Suite.
Salary & Bonus:
Range: 25,000-30,000 per/year (Based on experience and skills)
Performance based bonus.
