We are looking for an experienced and energetic individual to join our team as the Director of Social Services!

 

We are a Skilled Nursing Facility located in Tully, NY area specialize in short term rehabilitation and long term care services. Our goal is to make sure that every individual is treated with dignity and respect.

Job Title: Director of Social Services

 

Reports To: Administrator

 

Position Summary:

 

The Director of Social Services is responsible for developing and directing the Services Department to ensure that resident's needs are being met. The DSS is also responsible to ensure compliance in accordance with State and Federal regulations as it applies to the department.The DSS will provide support and encouragement to the resident/family throughout their stay at the facility focusing on achieving the maximum quality of life possible.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Master's degree in Social Work- , preferred
