Job Summary: The Winder Operator prepares machines for production by positioning guides and rolls, operates and monitors bobbin winders according to manufacturing specifications, and adjusts controls to regulate machining.
Responsibilities:
Preparing machine for production by positioning, guides, and rolls. Operate and monitor bobbin winders
Set up and operate bobbin winders according to manufacturing specifications, following detailed instructions accurately
String wire through bobbin winders, adjust counter to necessary footage Regulating machining by setting and adjusting controls.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes
Skills:
Strong attention to detail for quality inspection purposes Attention to detail
Able to read & follow work instructions Must have good hand-eye coordination Winding experience
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is preferred
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
1 year of relevant experience
Job Type: Contract
