Upward Management is looking for a Sales Concierge who can blend the art of salesmanship with exceptional guest service in the stunning setting of Sugarloaf, Maine.

Your Role:

As a Sales Concierge, you will be the heartbeat of our guest experience, expertly handling reservations, upselling to enhance guest stays, and driving sales through both warmth and precision. Your role involves:

• Proficient management of reservation requests via phone, email, and third-party platforms.
• Engaging guests to plan and book unforgettable experiences in Maine's most picturesque settings.
• Utilizing every interaction to recognize and act on sales opportunities, enhancing guest satisfaction.
• Navigating administrative tasks with ease, from data entry to managing customer interactions records.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in sales is preferred but not strictly required – we believe in the potential for growth and learning.
• Basic computer and math skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• A balanced approach to sales and customer service, able to uphold company policies while ensuring guest satisfaction.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
