Assistant Manager is responsible for implementing workflow procedures and day to day operations. Being able to take direction from General Manager.
Duties include supervising employees during day to day operations. Providing excellent customer service. Following all brands policies and food safety.
Food inventory and ordering, assisting in labor goals.
Serve safe certified ( Will train if not certified )
