As a Manager/Sr. Manager in Enterprise Application Consulting,  you will be instrumental in guiding our clients through the selection and implementation of enterprise application systems, specifically ERP and CRM. This role requires an in-depth understanding of the public sector procurement processes, application strategy development, and comprehensive knowledge of the vendor landscape. Using research and methodologies, you will ensure that our clients are well-positioned to make informed decisions and achieve substantial returns on their technology investments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Consulting and Project Leadership:

1. Direct and lead a variety of consulting engagements but a focusing on the selection of enterprise applications (e.g. ERP and CRM systems).
2. Assess client readiness, articulate and mitigate risks, and optimize project delivery methodologies.
3. Deliver strategic advice for system benefits maximization and operational improvements.
4. Oversee project execution, ensuring alignment with client goals and optimal resource allocation.

1. Business Development:

1. Work closely with business development teams to understand specific client needs, develop tailored proposals, and secure new consultancy contracts.
2. Expand consulting practice engagements through strategic client relationship management and targeted proposal initiatives.
3. Foster enduring relationships with C-Suite executives, positioning Info-Tech as a trusted advisor in enterprise applications.

1. Practice Development:

1. Enhance the strategic framework and market presence of the consulting practice through innovation and thought leadership.
2. Mentor junior staff, promoting a culture of learning and professional growth within the team.
3. Lead and facilitate high-impact workshops based on methodologies and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications:

1. Experience: At least 5 years of experience in consulting, with a strong focus on application selection. Public sector procurement experience highly regarded.
2. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field; Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) preferred.
3. Skills:

1. Deep expertise in enterprise application strategies and extensive familiarity with enterprise applications (e.g. ERP and CRM vendor landscapes).
2. Proven track record in managing complex projects and navigating extensive stakeholder groups.
3. Advanced analytical skills and the ability to drive decision-making through data insights.
4. Superior communication and presentation skills, adept at facilitating sessions and influencing senior leaders.
5. Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
