Overview
Upwork has partnered with a US-based worldwide employment-related search engine. They strive to put job seekers first, giving them free access to search for jobs, post resumes, and research companies.
To continue with this mission, they are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst with prior experience in digital order management and fulfillment, and subscription management to help fulfill the program goals.
Responsibilities
- Support the client project team with data analysis needed to make product and prioritization decisions.
- Support the client project team with reporting and dashboards for the new orders and billing platform.
- Help drive technical requirements from the use cases.
- Help create reports and dashboards as per the business needs of the project team.
- Understand the data structures, ask relevant questions to clarify the data sources and work iteratively to create/mature the reports to be useful for the project team.
Qualifications
- Proactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross functionally.
- Ability to help business team talk through problems and organize data to help drive decision making.
- Ability to dissect data to present business cases to stakeholders.
- Ability to review API or System documentation to develop requirements for new dashboard and reporting systems.
- Be able to define requirements for BI Engineers to execute on.
- Must have experience and proficiency with the following technologies:
- Solid Tableau experience, building dashboards and deep analytical solutions
- SQL Proficiency, ability to write complex SQL logic.
- Experience creating Jupyter notebooks
- NumPy and Panda
- Data Dog
- Basic statistical and regression skills
- APIs
- Preferred platforms (not required)
- Workday
- Salesforce
Nice to have:
- Experience with Subscription/usage consumption billing models NumPy, Panda.
