We are looking for a product manager with HR Systems (preferably Workday) to perform build vs buy analysis and provide suggestions and findings to executive level customers.
Qualifications
Skills required:
- Hr Systems - preferably WorkDay (HR side, not financials)
- Build vs buy analysis
- Ability to communicate with technical and nontechnical executives
- 5 years of experience in product management
- Experience working with UX Researchers.
- Experience prioritizing conflicting asks from stakeholders.
- Familiarize with PRFAQs or some sort of framework to know how to set a goal and work backwards.
