Overview

To continue with this mission, they are looking for a Project Manager to will drive the delivery of product and process through influence.
Responsibilities
As the Project Manager, you will mainly focus on:
- Keep the team organized, on track, and focused on what matters
- Act as a bridge between product management and development teams
- Coordinate execution dependencies with other project managers
- Drive the collaboration, coordination, execution and delivery of multifunctional projects
- Clear obstacles and protect the team from distractions
- Own project setup (Charter, Plan, Team Structure, Wiki, Jira boards etc.)
- Mentor others on Agile standard methodologies and ensure scrum teams enthusiastically apply core agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, accountability and visibility
- Collaborate with other managers on internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
- Partner with stakeholders, product managers, business analysts, engineering managers to plan releases and manage a healthy backlog
- Endorse and present appropriate metrics to sustain continuous improvement and drive scrum team excellence.
- Report on team progress, team status, risks and issues
- Work towards trusting and safe space where problems can be raised without fear of blame with an emphasis of healing and problem solving
- Coach teams and organization on how to use Agile practices and values
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you require:
At least 8 years experience as a Project manager / Program manager
At least 8 years in a consulting or industry role, leading and scaling multiple scrum teams or technology/software programs
Hands-on experience as a project manager for at least five years for a software development team that was diligently applying Agile principles, practices, and theory
Familiarity with software development processes and measures to understand team requirements.
Knowledge of waterfall / hybrid project management for 3 - 5 years
Knowledge of several Agile methodologies : Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban, Hybrid Agile etc.
Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and leading by example
Familiarity with Saas platforms and cloud technologies would be a plus
Comfortable in operating in a matrix organization
Ability to create actionable plans from ambiguous requirements
Strong oral and written communication skills, presentation skills, management skills
