This is a full-time, in-office position based in Westminster, CO. There is an opportunity for hybrid work arrangements based on performance after 6 months of employment. Fully remote applications will not be considered at this time.

Full Job Description

Pay: Starting at $23 - $25 per hour (no commissions) depending on experience. Employees will transition to a lower hourly rate commissions structure by the end of their first year. Employees have the opportunity to choose when they transition to a commission plan, based on tracked assumed commissions surpassing the starting base rate earnings.

Starting off on a commission platform can be scary. At Uqual our new hires start at a flat hourly base rate while they ramp up. Once an employee is ready, they can switch to our commissions-based platform where the year-one target earnings are anywhere from $55,000 - $68,000, these earnings can increase year over year with our top performers making over $100,000 per year.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

Your Role:

Our team is responsible for driving customer relationships. To be successful in this role you must truly care about helping people achieve their financial goals while being confident in your abilities to help them get there. It is key to make your clients feel comfortable over the phone while also being able to close the deal. Our robust training program will ensure that you are a credit expert and can properly support our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Be able to take referrals and convert them into active clients in the program
  • Discuss with consumers the value added of our program
  • Make/receive in and outbound calls to connect with consumers and uphold their business
  • Educate our clients on our business model and how we can help them achieve loan readiness
  • Deescalate frustrated consumers and remind them of the value of the product
  • Generate additional business through referrals from customers you have helped
  • Maintain relationships through regular contact via telephone

Qualifications:

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Ability to pass a background check and ten-panel drug screen (Colorado Friendly)
  • Strong phone presence and communication skills
  • Ability to sit/stand for long periods of time
  • Strong computer skills

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Westminster, CO 80234: Must be able to reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work
  • In-office position located in Westminster, CO off I25 and 120th (fully remote applicants will not be considered)
