What will you do?

• Manage daily on-site operations such as headcount, check-ins of employees and ensure staff’s availability during working hours
• Responsible for opening and closing the site following all company instructions
• Responsible for keeping track of customer reservations on a daily basis and ensuring the team is prioritizing a pleasant customer experience while advocating for safety.
• Maintaining outstanding performance from the local team operating the site.
• Provide support and be available for OTR Rescues.
• Train all temporary employees and newly hired staff in line with company policies and procedures.
• Improve performance continuously and qualitatively.
• Monitor all company activities and ensure compliance with company procedures and policies.
• Develop ways to retain all employees through motivation and encouragement.
• Evaluate performance, and counsel employees to improve performance.
• Maintain daily reporting to the URB-E Operations Team.
• Report support issues and coordinate with the URB-E Care Mechanics Team.

Requirements

• Experience in supervising a team.
• Experience coordinating day to day activities.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems with short timeframes, while keeping a high level of service.
• Someone who is willing to work hard and be consistent with their performance.
• Impressive attention to details and a love for tinkering ‘til you figure it out.
