Weekend Manager

Position - COACH

The perfect COACH for our park is the heart of the operation and should be the most energetic, enthusiastic, brand-centric person we have on staff! As a Coach for Urban Air Coon Rapids, you are responsible for training, developing, and encouraging the staff to be “guest-first” in all that we do. Duties and responsibilities

• Responsible for team morale and company culture which includes training and retaining talented and high performing employees – work while having fun – maintain guest services and safety standards
• Use business skills and judgment in cost control procedures, financial accounting, inventory levels, and labor management
• Overseeing daily operations to ensure everything is running correctly from open to close of the park each shift
• Responsible for improving the sales and profitability of the business year over year in conjunction with the other Coaches on the team
• Be knowledgeable of brand policies regarding personnel and administer prompt, fair and consistent corrective action for any and all violations of company policies, rules and procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Experience in management a huge plus
• Able to work in a high energy/stress environment
• Excellent guest service skills
• Time and Priority management skills
• Must possess current CPR/FIRST AID certifications or must be willing to obtain them

Working conditions

• Must wear brand uniform and proper shoes for safety and comfort on concrete flooring
• Must be able to safely work around cleaning chemicals commonly used in restaurant and kitchen environments

Physical requirements

• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time while working (2-6 hours at a time)
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs from time to time
• Frequent bending, turning, shifting, kneeling walking and lifting of common supply and kitchen items will be required throughout each shift.

Direct Reports

• All staff and team members working during your shifts directly report to you as the Coach on Duty

Available shifts and compensation

We currently only have weekend shifts available. Compensation depends on your experience and references.

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
