Urban Catalyst Psychotherapy was founded by two women of color who believe in the healing power of warmth, creativity, mindfulness, laughter, and connection. We are a rapidly growing practice andstrongly believe that our therapists should reflect the values and backgrounds of the communitiesthat we serve. We are currently seeking a clinical supervisor to support our practice and therapists.You should be passionate about and the queer/BIPOC communities and motivated to support our clinicians as they grow.
Essential Duties:
- Provide individual and group supervision, as well as training and case consultation as needed to clinicians registered with the BBS.
- Ensure clinical soundness of services offeredthrough ongoing monitoring and evaluation of all assigned program staff.
- Evaluate and co-sign clinical documentation completed by supervisees.
- Manage supervisees’ productivity and caseloadaccording to agency requirements.
- Participate in program leadership meetings and trainings, including but not limited to leadership team meetings, weekly intakemeetings, clinical supervisory consultation meetings, and county compliance trainings.
Qualifications:
- Registered with the Board of Behavioral Sciences as an MFT or LCSW required, two years post licensure preferred.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills and demonstrated ability to motivate a team, while taking direction from agency leadership.
- Experience in providing clinical supervision to licensed professionals and pre-licensed internswho provide treatment services to children, families and adults.
- Interest in supervising clinicians who support people of color, the LGBTQ population, young adults/millennials, and tech population.
- Ability to consistently work 10 hours per week with the opportunity to work up to 40.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $48,703.00 - $96,197.00 per year

We are working remotely until it is safe to return to the office.

- Castro Valley, CA 94546: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
