- Has acquired an accredited degree in Landscape Architecture
- Have creative design and strong graphic production skills
- Demonstrate experience with the preparation of hardscape and landscape plans for rezoning, site plan, and construction documents
- Have technical knowledge of landscape architectural construction including codes and development regulations
- Have a good working knowledge of the landscape and native plants in the Mid-Atlantic region
- Be proficient with AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, SketchUp, and MS Office
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Be a team player able to contribute and work in a collaborative environment
- Be eligible to work in the United States
- Experience in Northern Virginia area jurisdictions
- ISA Arborist Certification or training
