```Duties```

- Data entry

- Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions

- Manage contract lifecycle from initiation to closeout

- Assist sales team both at the office/showroom/or at international and national events

- Maintain accurate contract records and documentation

- Utilize contract management software (Spark, HubSpot) to track contracts and monitor key milestones

```Qualifications```

- Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills

- Bilingual Spanish/English

- Flexibility to travel

- Familiarity with contract management software (e.g., PeopleSoft, Salesforce)

- Ability to conduct thorough research and analysis

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

- Experience with DocuSign or other electronic signature platforms is a plus

- Ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously and meet deadlines

- Knowledge of contractor management processes is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $30,000.00 per year
