Cheese Monger - Cheese Board Artist - Cheese Specialist

We are looking for someone to cut the cheese! Be a part of Cincinnati's fastest growing cheese company making and selling award-winning cheese, make gorgeous cheese boards, help customers purchasing retail cheese and be a part of an exciting and fun team selling cheeses made in house as well as other local and curated craft products.

-Cheese experience is not necessary, but a love for cheese is an absolute must. Prior foodservice and/or retail experience is preferred. This is a great position for someone with food industry experience wanting to bridge over into the cheese world.

-Positive attitude and good customer service

-Creativity is needed to make cheeseboards

-Service industry experience preferred

-Attention to detail is extremely important

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

-Willingness to do other responsibilities as needed, including packaging during the week

-Understanding of food safety is critical.

-Weekend and evening availability is important; not all team members have to be available for all shifts, but availability to work the majority of shifts is important.

-Great hours: Our Tasting Room is currently open Friday and Saturday, but we are looking to open additional days once we are fully staffed. Our Tasting Room closes at 9pm. Team members are typically finished up by 10pm, and earlier some evenings. This can be a full time or part time position.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
