Urban You is seeking an experienced nurse injector to join our Northville team. We’re a one-stop solution to handle virtually every aspect of guests' wellness and beauty needs. We focus on treating the whole patient and their needs while they embark on their wellness journey. We dedicate our practice to center on patient wellness as the foundation of their care.
The injector's role will be to deliver a comprehensive experience for the client, anticipating every aspect of their needs from the moment they bring the client into the treatment room. The role of our injectors will be to follow the brand-driven customer service training and injector training to provide a truly unique experience for each and every client.
- Deliver the best cosmetic injectable treatments following the guidelines and under the supervision of the Medical Director.
- Conduct client consultations and treatment plans
- Educate clients
- Cross-sell procedures and products that complement the treatment and enhance results
- Comply with required protocols, requests, and policies
*RN degree
- Must be experienced in delivering cosmetic injectable treatments (Neurotoxins and Filler)
- Up-to-date Michigan State License
- Proficiency with patient EMR, charting, Word, Excel, and other software skills
- Hold a high level of professionalism when interacting with clients, patients, and staff members
- Open to learning new techniques, procedures, and brand language
- Cheerful, upbeat demeanor and can-do attitude
- Detail-oriented
- Excellent customer service and consultative skills
- Minimum 3 years experience in Medical Aesthetics
- Minimum 3 years experience with cosmetic injectables
- Proven selling skills
- Strong business acumen
- Strong conflict and problem-resolution skills
- Comfortable discussing pricing programs with clients
- Understanding of Social Media and marketing yourself
